Harassment and Non-Discrimination Policy

Board of Directors Policy #4 Effective 2-12-2016

 

Purpose:         

To establish guidelines with respect to maintaining an environment free of harassment and discrimination. 

 

Administration and Procedures:     

The Community Action for Youth (CAY) Organization is committed to maintaining a community and organization in which its membership and volunteers can participate and enjoy the mission of the organization in an atmosphere free of harassment and other forms of discrimination based on race ancestry, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, family status, marital status, or political belief. 

 

The CAY admits into membership and allows participation in activities without regard to race ancestry, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, family status, marital status, or political belief in the administration of its programs and/or policies. 

 

The CAY will take prompt and appropriate action to prevent, correct, end and, where necessary, discipline behavior in violation of its policy on harassment and non-discrimination.
